Fees & Cancellation Policy
Fees
Jonathan is available for half or full day mediation.
Mediation will be conducted virtually (using Zoom). Requests for in-person mediation in or outside the GTA* are also welcome.
Fees apply to all mediation bookings made on or after January 1, 2026. Fees will be reviewed bi-annually but increases in fees will not be applied retroactively.
Half day mediation
3 hours (from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.):
2 parties: $600.00 plus HST
Each additional party is $75.00 plus HST
Full day mediation
7 hours (from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.):
2 parties: $1,500.00 plus HST
Each additional party is $250.00 plus HST
*Additional charges will apply for in-person mediation in or outside the GTA. This will include room rental fee, catering (if requested), mileage/parking or airfare/transportation (e.g., taxi) incurred by the mediator.
If the mediation does not conclude within the schedule time, the mediation may continue with the consent of the parties, at an additional $250.00 per hour plus HST.
Cancellation
All cancellation requests are to be made in writing and emailed to:

Cancellations requested:
More than 30 days prior to the scheduled date will result in no fee.
15 to 30 days prior to the scheduled date will be billed at 50% of the fee plus HST along with any non-refundable additional charges (e.g., room rental fee).
Fewer than 15 days prior to the scheduled date will be billed at full fee plus HST along with any non-refundable additional charges (e.g., room rental fee).
